Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Please make sure to contact our team within this timeframe to be eligible.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original, deadstock condition. This means:

• Shoes must be unworn. No creased toe boxes or dirty soles.
• The original shoebox must be intact and undamaged (please do not use the shoebox as a shipping container).
• All original tags and accessories must still be attached.

How to Initiate

If you need to exchange for a different size or request a return, simply contact us via WhatsApp with your order details. Our team will verify the stock for an exchange and guide you through the process.

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges are subject to size availability. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery system, refunds will be arranged securely through local bank transfer or cash via our courier partners once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
